Controlled Content definition

Controlled Content means content that has been transmitted from the head end with either of (a) the Encryption Mode Indicator (“EMI”) bits set to a value other than zero, zero (0,0), or (b) the EMI bits set to a value of zero, zero (0,0), but with the RCT value set to one (1).

Examples of Controlled Content in a sentence

  • Penn State’s OSP shall have, in its sole discretion, the right to accept or decline receipt of such Controlled Content.

  • The portions of the Licensed Product that perform authentication and decryption and the MPEG (or similar) decoder shall be designed and manufactured in a manner associated and otherwise integrated with each other such that Controlled Content in any usable form flowing between these portions of the Licensed Product shall be secure to the level of protection described in Section 3.0(e) of this Exhibit B below from being intercepted or copied.

  • University’s contractual office shall have, in its sole discretion, the right to accept or decline receipt of such Controlled Content.

  • Licensed Products may store Controlled Content temporarily for the sole purpose of enabling the immediate display of Controlled Content, provided that (a) such storage does not persist after the content has been displayed, and (b) the data is not stored in a way that supports copying, recording, or storage of such data for other purposes, (c) the buffering is limited to a maximum of 10 seconds of video data.

  • Upon receipt of written notification from University of its acceptance of delivery of the identified Controlled Content, in a manner consistent with this provision, Sponsor may disclose and/or deliver the Controlled Content only to the attention of the named Principal Investigator as identified in Appendix B.

  • Refer to Exhibit E (URI mapping) for URI interpretation when outputting Controlled Content under this Section 2.0.

  • Licensed Products, including, without limitation, Licensed Products with inherent or integrated copying, recording or storage capability shall not copy, record, or store Controlled Content, except as permitted in this Section.

Controlled Content means Commercial Entertainment Content that has associated with it some form of copy control restrictions, and has been protected and encrypted under IPRM-HN.   • Recycled content means the percentage of a product composed of recovered material, or post- consumer recovered material, or both.

Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Distributed Generation means generating plant equipment collectively used for generating electricity that is connected, or proposed to be connected, to the Network or a Customer's Installation, but does not include:

  • Downstream Affiliate means an entity whose outstanding Voting Shares were, at the date of issuance of the Qualifying Guarantee, more than 50 per cent. owned, directly or indirectly, by the Reference Entity.
