Controlled Assets definition

Controlled Assets has the meaning given to it in Section 2.01 of the Security Agreement;
Controlled Assets shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
Controlled Assets means (without duplication):

Examples of Controlled Assets in a sentence

  • Controlled Assets include firearms, regardless of the acquisition cost, and the following assets with an acquisition cost of $500 or more, but less than $5,000: desktop and laptop computers (including notebooks, tablets and similar devices), non-portable printers and copiers, emergency management equipment, communication devices and systems, medical and laboratory equipment, and media equipment.

  • Prior approval by the System Agency of the purchase of Controlled Assets is not required, but such purchases must be reported on the Grantees Property Inventory Form.

More Definitions of Controlled Assets

Controlled Assets means assets whose value could be directly or indirectly affected by government decisions or policy including, but not limited to, the following:
Controlled Assets means assets, the value of which could reasonably be expected to be affected by Board decisions;
Controlled Assets means the sum ofall assets in all pools controlled by the same person, exclusive of any interest that any pool controlled by such person may have in any other pool controlled by such person;
Controlled Assets means those University owned items with a historical cost of less than $2,500, but which are particularly at risk or vulnerable to loss or theft.

Controlled Assets such assets in relation to which the Council retains ownership but in respect of which responsibility and exclusive control (including use and maintenance) is transferred to the Partner pursuant to clause 33.6 (Controlled Assets) as identified in the Agreement Asset Register;
