Control Requirement means at all times, one or more of (i) NP International Real Estate Fund, LLC (as long as the same is Controlled by Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxx, Xx. and/or Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx), and/or (ii) one or more of Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxx, Xx. and/or Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx maintains Control of Borrower, Hotel Lessee and Mortgage Borrower.
