Contributor Parties definition

Contributor Parties are defined in the preamble to this Agreement.

Contributor Parties shall have the meaning specified in the preamble.

Contributor Parties means Parent and Contributor and “Contributor Party” means Parent or Contributor as applicable.

Examples of Contributor Parties in a sentence

• To the Knowledge of the Contributor Parties, except as set forth on Schedule 3.9(a), none of the Compression Group Entities is under investigation by any Governmental Authority for potential material non-compliance with any Law.

• If ETP, on behalf of the Contributor Parties, delivers an Objection Notice to Acquiror during the Review Period, then ETP, on behalf of the Contributor Parties, and Acquiror shall enter into good faith negotiations and shall attempt to agree on the amount of the actual Purchase Price Adjustment Amount.

More Definitions of Contributor Parties

Contributor Parties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.3(a).

Contributor Parties means Contributor, ETG and TGG Pipeline, Ltd., collectively.
