More Definitions of Contribution Rates

Contribution Rates means a full contribution as defined in subclause (e) of this clause for adults, apprentices or juniors and is payable for each week during which an employee is 'employed' - even if employment is for one day only. No pro-rata contributions are to be paid. If an employee is 'employed' by an employer for part of a week and another employer for part of a week, then the full contribution must be paid. An employer shall pay into the scheme the full contribution as set out in subclause (e) of this clause.
Contribution Rates means the percentages of an employee’s salary, prescribed by the plan regulations, used to determine periodic contribution obligations to the Superan- nuation Fund of employees and employers;
Contribution Rates means the Member Contribution Rate, Member Special Contribution Rate and the Employer Contribution Rate and “Contribution Rate” means any of them as the context requires;

Related to Contribution Rates

  • Contribution Rate means, in a reserve study as described in RCW 64.38.065, the amount contributed to the reserve account so that the association will have cash reserves to pay major maintenance, repair, or replacement costs without the need of a special assessment.

  • Contribution Percentage means the percentage obtained by dividing (x) the Adjusted Net Worth (as defined below) of such Guarantor by (y) the aggregate Adjusted Net Worth of all Guarantors; (ii) the “Adjusted Net Worth” of each Guarantor shall mean the greater of (x) the Net Worth (as defined below) of such Guarantor and (y) zero; and (iii) the “Net Worth” of each Guarantor shall mean the amount by which the fair saleable value of such Guarantor’s assets on the date of any Relevant Payment exceeds its existing debts and other liabilities (including contingent liabilities, but without giving effect to any Guaranteed Obligations arising under this Guaranty or any guaranteed obligations arising under any guaranty of any Permitted Additional Indebtedness) on such date. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained above, any Guarantor that is released from this Guaranty pursuant to Section 17 hereof shall thereafter have no contribution obligations, or rights, pursuant to this Section 18, and at the time of any such release, if the released Guarantor had an Aggregate Excess Amount or an Aggregate Deficit Amount, same shall be deemed reduced to $0, and the contribution rights and obligations of the remaining Guarantors shall be recalculated on the respective date of release (as otherwise provided above) based on the payments made hereunder by the remaining Guarantors. All parties hereto recognize and agree that, except for any right of contribution arising pursuant to this Section 18, each Guarantor who makes any payment in respect of the Guaranteed Obligations shall have no right of contribution or subrogation against any other Guarantor in respect of such payment until the Termination Date. Each of the Guarantors recognizes and acknowledges that the rights to contribution arising hereunder shall constitute an asset in favor of the party entitled to such contribution. In this connection, each Guarantor has the right to waive its contribution right against any Guarantor to the extent that after giving effect to such waiver such Guarantor would remain solvent, in the determination of the Required Lenders.

  • Distribution Rate means, for the Distribution Period beginning on (and including) the date of original issuance and ending on (but excluding) the Distribution Payment Date in June 2004, the rate per annum of 3.90%, and for each Distribution Period beginning on or after the Distribution Payment Date in June 2004, the Coupon Rate for such Distribution Period.

  • Contribution Period means the period specified in Article VI for which Employer Contributions shall be made.

  • Group II Allocation Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is (i) the Group II Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date, and the denominator of which is (ii) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Defined Contribution Dollar Limitation means, for any Limitation Year, $46,000, as adjusted for increases in the cost-of-living under Code section 415(d). If a short Limitation Year is created because of a Plan amendment changing the Limitation Year to a different 12-consecutive month period, the Defined Contribution Dollar Limitation for the short Limitation Year will not exceed the amount determined in the preceding sentence multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of months in the short Limitation Year and the denominator of which is 12.

  • Contribution Amount has the meaning given in subsection 444-90(1A) in Schedule 1 of the Australian Taxation Administration Act 1953 (Cth).

  • Floating Allocation Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Invested Amount as of the last day of the preceding Monthly Period (or with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Initial Invested Amount) and the denominator of which is the greater of (1) the sum of (x) the total amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust at the end of the day on such date (or with respect to the first Monthly Period, at the end of the day on the Closing Date) and (y) the principal amount on deposit in the Excess Funding Account as of the end of the day on such date and (2) the sum of the numerators used to calculate the Series Percentages (as such term is defined in the Agreement) with respect to Finance Charge Receivables or Defaulted Receivables, as applicable, for all Series then outstanding; provided, however, that with respect to any Monthly Period in which an Addition Date occurs and the Servicer need not make daily deposits of Collections into the Collection Account, the denominator in (x) above shall be the Average Principal Balance; provided further, however, that with respect to any Monthly Period in which an Addition Date occurs and the Servicer is required to make daily deposits of Collections into the Collection Account, the denominator in (x) above shall be (1) for the period from and including the first day of such Monthly Period to but excluding the related Addition Date, the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust at the end of the day on the last day of the prior Monthly Period and (2) for the period from and including the related Addition Date to and including the last day of such Monthly Period, the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust at the end of the day on the related Addition Date.

  • Annual Contribution means the annual payment to the Fund made by each Member in return for Coverage by the Fund for a Fund Year;

  • Defined Contribution Fraction means a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the Annual Additions to the Participant's account under all the defined contribution plans (whether or not terminated) maintained by the Employer for the current and all prior Limitation years (including the Annual Additions attributable to the Participant's nondeductible voluntary contributions to this and all the defined benefit plans (whether or not terminated) maintained by the Employer and the Annual Additions attributable to all welfare benefit funds, as defined in section 419(e) of the Code or individual medical accounts, as defined in section 415(1)(2) of the Code, or a simplified employee pension, as defined in section 408(k) of the Code, maintained by the Employer), and the denominator of which is the sum of the Maximum Aggregate Amounts for the current and all prior Limitation Years of Service with the Employer (regardless of whether a defined contribution plan was maintained by the Employer). The Maximum Aggregate Amount in any Limitation Year is the lesser of one hundred twenty-five percent (125%) of the dollar limitation determined under Sections 415(b) and (d) of the Code in effect under section 415(c)(1)(A) of the Code or thirty-five percent (35%) of the Participant's Compensation for such year. If the Employee was a Participant as of the first day of the first Limitation Year beginning after December 31, 1986, in one or more defined contribution plans maintained by the Employer which were in existence on May 6, 1986, the numerator of this fraction will be adjusted if the sum of this fraction and the Defined Benefit Fraction would otherwise exceed one (1.0) times under the terms of this Plan. Under the adjustment, an amount equal to the product of (a) the excess of the sum of the fractions over 1.0 times (b) the denominator of this fraction will be permanently subtracted from the numerator of this fraction. The adjustment is calculated using the fractions as they would be computed as of the end of the last Limitation Year beginning before January 1, 1987, and disregarding any changes in the terms and condition of the Plans made after May 5, 1986, but using the limitation of section 415 of the Code applicable to the first Limitation Year beginning on or after January 1, 1987. The Annual Additions for any Limitation Year beginning before January 1, 1987 shall not be recomputed to treat all Employee contributions as Annual Additions.

  • Qualified Matching Contributions means Matching Contributions which are immediately nonforfeitable when made, and which would be nonforfeitable, regardless of the age or service of the Employee or whether the Employee is employed on a certain date, and which may not be distributed, except upon one of the events described under Section 401(k)(2)(B) of the Code and the regulations thereunder.

  • Defined Contribution Plan Fraction means a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of the Annual Additions to the Member's account under all the defined contribution plans (whether or not terminated) maintained by the Employer for the current and all prior Limitation Years (including the Annual Additions attributable to the Member's nondeductible employee contributions to all defined benefit plans, whether or not terminated, maintained by the Employer, and the Annual Additions attributable to all welfare benefit funds, individual medical accounts, and simplified employee pensions, maintained by the Employer), and the denominator of which is the sum of the maximum aggregate amounts for the current and all prior Limitation Years of service with the Employer (regardless of whether a defined contribution plan was maintained by the Employer). The maximum aggregate amount in any Limitation Year is the lesser of (i) 125 percent of the dollar limitation under Code Section 415(c)(1)(A) after adjustment under Code Section 415(d) or (ii) 35 percent of the Member's Compensation for such year. If the Employee was a member as of the end of the first day of the first Limitation Year beginning after December 31, 1986, in one or more defined contribution plans maintained by the Employer which were in existence on May 6, 1986, the numerator of this fraction will be adjusted if the sum of this fraction and the Defined Benefit Plan Fraction would otherwise exceed 1.0 under the terms of this Plan. Under the adjustment, an amount equal to the product of (i) the excess of the sum of the fractions over 1.0 times (ii) the denominator of this fraction, will be permanently subtracted from the numerator of this fraction. The adjustment is calculated using the fractions as they would be computed as of the end of the last Limitation Year beginning before January 1, 1987, and disregarding any changes in the terms and conditions of the plan made after May 5, 1986, but using the Code Section 415 limitation applicable to the first Limitation Year beginning on or after January 1, 1987.   • Series A Distribution Rate means an annual rate equal to (i) during the Series A Fixed Rate Period, 8.50% of the Series A Liquidation Preference and (ii) during the Series A Floating Rate Period, a percentage of the Series A Liquidation Preference equal to the sum of (a) the Series A Three-Month LIBOR, as calculated on each applicable Series A LIBOR Determination Date, and (b) 6.766%.

  • Campaign Contribution means a gift, subscription, loan, advance or deposit of money or other thing of value, including the estimated value of an in-kind contribution, that is made to or received by an applicable public official or any person authorized to raise, collect or expend contributions on that official’s behalf for the purpose of electing the official to either statewide or local office. “Campaign Contribution” includes the payment of a debt incurred in an election campaign, but does not include the value of services provided without compensation or unreimbursed travel or other personal expenses of individuals who volunteer a portion or all of their time on behalf of a candidate or political committee, nor does it include the administrative or solicitation expenses of a political committee that are paid by an organization that sponsors the committee.

  • Precontribution Gain has the meaning set forth in subparagraph 4(c) of Exhibit B.

  • Series Allocation Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Allocation Percentage for Finance Charge Collections for that Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the sum of the Allocation Percentages for Finance Charge Receivables for all outstanding Series on such date of determination; provided that if one or more Reset Dates occur in a Monthly Period, the Series Allocation Percentage for the portion of the Monthly Period falling on and after each such Reset Date and prior to any subsequent Reset Date will be determined using a denominator which is equal to the sum of the numerators used in determining the Allocation Percentage for Finance Charge Receivables for all outstanding Series as of the close of business on the subject Reset Date.

  • Matching Contributions are contributions made by the Employer on account of elective deferrals under a Code Section 401(k) arrangement or on account of employee contributions. Matching contributions also include Participant forfeitures allocated on account of such elective deferrals or employee contributions.

  • Company Contribution Amount means, for any one Plan Year, the amount determined in accordance with Section 3.5.
