Contribution definition

Contribution means a "political contribution" as defined in MCC Ch. 2-156, as amended.
Contribution. – means a contribution reportable by the recipient under the New Jersey Campaign Contributions and Expenditures Reporting Act, P.L. 1973, c. 83, N.J.S.A. 19:44A-1 et seq., and implementing regulations set forth at N.J.A.C. 19:25-7 and N.J.A.C. 19:25-10.1 et seq., made on or after October 15, 2004. As of January 1, 2005, contributions in excess of $300 are reportable.
