Contributing Partner definition

Contributing Partner means each Partner contributing (or deemed to have contributed on termination and reconstitution of the Partnership pursuant to Section 708 of the Code or otherwise) a Contributed Property.

• Should the annual Audit Report of the UN Board of Auditors to its governing body contain observations relevant to the Contribution, such information shall be made available to the Contributing Partner by the UNDP country office designated as Coordinating Office for the Project.

• This Agreement may be amended through an exchange of letters between Contributing Partner and UNDP, in consultation with the Partners.

• UNDP shall notify the Contributing Partner when all activities relating to the Project have been completed in accordance with the Project Document.

More Definitions of Contributing Partner

Contributing Partner means any Partner contributing Contributed Property to the Partnership in exchange for Units (or any transferee of such Units).

Contributing Partner means any country, international organisation or legal entity other than a member, or a constituent entity of a member or an affiliated entity of either, that supports the objectives of a joint undertaking in its specific area of research and whose application has been approved in accordance with Article 9(3);

Contributing Partner means each Partner or Assignee transferring a Contributed Property to the Partnership as a contribution to the Partnership (or as a deemed contribution upon a termination of the Partnership pursuant to Section 708 of the Code).
