Contributed Owned Real Property definition

Contributed Owned Real Property means the real property owned by Hxxxxx and its Retained Subsidiaries set forth on Schedule C.
Contributed Owned Real Property means all land, together with all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located thereon, and all easements and other rights and interests appurtenant thereto, owned by any of the Amber Entities or any of their Affiliates set forth on Section 4.17(a) of the Amber Disclosure Schedules.
Contributed Owned Real Property means the real property (including the land, buildings and fixtures) owned in fee by Wendy’s or its Subsidiaries that are contributed to Wendy’s Properties on the Closing Date pursuant to the applicable Contribution Agreements. For the avoidance of doubt, the corporate campus located in Dublin, Ohio will not constitute Contributed Owned Real Property.

More Definitions of Contributed Owned Real Property

Contributed Owned Real Property means the real property (including the land, buildings and fixtures) owned in fee (as of the Series 2014-1 Closing Date) by Dine Brands Global, Inc. or its Subsidiaries that was contributed to a Franchise Entity on the Series 2014-1 Closing Date pursuant to the applicable Contribution Agreements; provided that references to the same as of any date of determination shall exclude any such assets disposed of in accordance with the Transaction Documents as in effect as of the time of such disposition.
Contributed Owned Real Property means, with respect to each Member, the real property owned by such Member or any of its Affiliated Transferors as set forth on Schedule A-2, as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time, including any facilities and related fixtures and improvements located therein and any other real property acquired by such Member or Affiliated Transferor after the date of this Agreement and on or prior to the Closing Date, in each case exclusively for the benefit of such Member’s ELV Business.

Related to Contributed Owned Real Property

  • Company Owned Real Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).

  • Taxable Property means all Assessor’s Parcels which are not Exempt Property.
