Contractual Notice definition

Contractual Notice means a contractual notice issued by NHS England to the ICB, or some or all ICBs (as the case may be), from time to time and relating to allocation of contracts for the purposes of the Delegated Functions and/or the manner in which the Delegated Functions should be exercised by the ICB; CQC means the Care Quality Commission; Data Controller shall have the same meaning as set out in the UK GDPR;
Contractual Notice means a contractual notice issued by NHS England to the CCG or all CCGs (as the case may be) from time to time and relating to the manner in which the Delegated Functions should be exercised by the CCG, in accordance with clause 24.3; CQC means the Care Quality Commission; Data Controller shall have the same meaning as set out in the DPA; Data Subject shall have the same meaning as set out in the DPA; Delegated Functions means the functions delegated by NHS England to the CCG under the Delegation and as set out in detail in this Agreement; Delegated Funds shall have the meaning in clause 13.1;

This includes but is not limited to guidance issued by NHS Digital, the National Data Guardian for Health & Care, the Department of Health and Social Care, NHS England, the Health Research Authority, the UK Health Security Agency and the Information Commissioner; Data Processor shall have the same meaning as set out in the UK GDPR; Data Protection Legislation means the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Xxx 0000 and all applicable Law concerning privacy, confidentiality or the processing of personal data including but not limited to the Human Rights Xxx 0000, the Health and Social Care (Safety and Quality) Xxx 0000, the common law duty of confidentiality and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003; Data Subject shall have the same meaning as set out in the UK GDPR; Delegated Functions means the functions delegated by NHS England to the ICB under the Delegation and as set out in detail in this Agreement;

  • Submission of a Contractual Notice Form is required in order to comply with the notice requirements of the New Jersey Contractual Liability Act, N.J.S.A. 59:13-5 et seq., provided such notices are given within the time limits established by that Act.

  • Contractual Service means the rendering by a contractor of its time and effort rather than the furnishing of specific commodities. The term applies only to those services rendered by individuals and firms who are independent contractors. Contractual Services do not include auditing services, Maintenance Services, or Professional Services as defined in Section 287.055(2)(a) of the Florida Statutes, and these Rules. Contractual Services also do not include any contract for the furnishing of labor or materials for the construction, renovation, repair, modification, or demolition of any facility, building, portion of building, utility, park, parking lot, or structure or other improvement to real property entered into pursuant to Chapter 255 of the Florida Statutes, and Rules 3.5 or 3.6.

  • Contractual Services are defined as those specified services established within the OAG approved budget for which the Provider is to be paid upon completion at the set rate also established within the OAG approved budget, as authorized expenditures eligible for payment, or reimbursement pursuant to ARTICLE 9, AUTHORIZED EXPENDITURES, of this Agreement.

GDPR means the EU General Data Protection Regulation being Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

  • Disclosure Notice means a notice issued by or on behalf of the Company requiring disclosure of interests in shares pursuant to section 212 of the Act;

  • Confirmation Notice means a notice provided by the Issuer to an Investor in accordance with clause 1.3(c) of the Terms;

  • Pre-Contractual Statement means a draft agreement, undertaking, representation, warranty, promise, assurance or arrangement of any nature whatsoever, whether or not in writing, relating to this Agreement made or given by a Party to this Agreement or any other person at any time prior to the date of this Agreement.

  • Material Contract means any contract or other arrangement (other than Loan Documents), whether written or oral, to which any Credit Party is a party as to which the breach, nonperformance, cancellation or failure to renew by any party thereto could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Special Notice As defined in Section 5.07(b).
