CONTRACTUAL MONTH definition

CONTRACTUAL MONTH or “BID MONTH” or “BID PERIOD” means the period from the first day of, to and including the last day of each calendar month of the year. For Flight Attendant scheduling and pay purposes January, February and March will each be a thirty (30) day month by adding January 31st and March 1st to the month of February. Leap year will make February a thirty-one (31) day month.   • Contractual Service means the rendering by a contractor of its time and effort rather than the furnishing of specific commodities. The term applies only to those services rendered by individuals and firms who are independent contractors.   • Reference Month means the calendar month for which the level of the Inflation Index is reported as specified in the applicable Final Terms, regardless of when this information is published or announced, except that if the period for which the Relevant Level was reported is a period other than a month, the Reference Month shall be the period for which the Relevant Level is reported.
