Contractual Amount definition

Contractual Amount means the dollar amount resulting from the sum of (A) the product of (i) the total quantity of each SKU included on invoices for products supplied by Infotex to Buyer under the Supply Agreement during any period subsequent to the Closing Date multiplied by (ii) the unit price for each SKU set forth in the Supply Agreement and (B) the product of (i) the total quantity of each SKU covered by the Supply Agreement manufactured by Buyer in its United States manufacturing facilities during such period multiplied by (ii) the unit price for each SKU set forth on Schedule 1.1.
Contractual Amount regarding an Individual Contract shall mean the Profit less Total Losses and Expenses incurred by the Terminating Party as a result of the termination of such Individual Contract. For the purposes of this provision:
