Contractor’s Services definition

Contractor’s Services. All tasks, actions, and work performed by Contractor or its affiliates or subcontractors pursuant to this Agreement and as further described in Section 2.

• The Contractor’s Services shall be performed with due professional skill and care, according to Good Industry Practice, with the aim to achieve regular progress of the Services and in accordance with the schedule of Services set forth in accordance with Annex C: Schedule of Services.

More Definitions of Contractor’s Services

Contractor’s Services. Those services within the scope of work of this Contract or any exhibit, attachment or addendum thereto which relates to the Scope of Services in connection with Contractor's employment or practice. County: Shall mean the County of Volusia (a body corporate and politic and a subdivision of the State of Florida) including its districts, authorities, separate units of government established by law, ordinance or resolution, partners, elected and non-elected officials, employees, agents, volunteers, and any party with whom the County has agreed by contract to provide additional insured status. County Representative: Also known as the person designated by the County to review, approve and make decisions regarding the Scope of Work in this Contract.

Contractor’s Services means all services performed for or delivered to Clients by Contractors.
