Contractor’s Pollution Liability Insurance means insurance regarding the Environmental Condition of the Site during the course of construction.

  • Contractor’s Pollution Liability Insurance, with minimum limits of coverage not less than shown below, providing occurrence based coverage for all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, fees, and expenses, including but not limited to claims for bodily injury or death, property damage, environmental or natural resource damage, and any civil fines, fees, civil assessments or civil penalties or punitive, exemplary or multiplied damages assessed by any governmental department, agency.

  • If the Contractor is engaged in: environmental remediation, emergency response, hazmat cleanup or pickup, liquid waste remediation, tank and pump cleaning, repair or installation, fire or water restoration or fuel storage dispensing, then for small jobs (projects less than $500,000), the Contractor must maintain Contractor’s Pollution Liability Insurance of at least $500,000 for each occurrence and in the aggregate.

  • Environmental Insurance (Contractor’s Pollution Liability Insurance): If required within the scope of Seller’s work to be performed, such insurance shall include limits of at least $5,000,000 each occurrence, claim, or wrongful act and $10,000,000 aggregate.

  • Contractor’s Pollution Liability Insurance: CMR’s Pollution Liability Insurance on an occurrence basis, with limits of at least $5,000,000 per occurrence and $10,000,000 policy term aggregate for bodily injury, property damage, cleanup costs and claim expenses, arising at or emanating from the Project Site arising from all operations performed on behalf of the CMR.

  • In the event that this contract involves hazardous or regulated wastes and/or hazardous or regulated materials, Contractor and/or its subcontractors shall provide a Contractor’s Pollution Liability Insurance policy with coverage limits not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000) each claim in connection with the Work performed under this Contract.

  • Attachment C Project Special Conditions 1.1 Subsection 5.2.6.1 of the Texas Uniform General Conditions for Construction Contracts with HHSC Supplementary General Conditions, Version 2.2, is hereby amended by adding a new Subsection as follows: 5.2.6.1.7 Contractor’s Pollution Liability Insurance.

  • Liability Insurance means compulsory professional liability errors and omissions insurance required by a governing body;

  • General Liability Insurance Subcontractor shall carry minimum primary General Liability Insurance for the following amounts:

  • D&O Liability Insurance Policies means all insurance policies (including any “tail policy”) of any of the Debtors for liability of any current or former directors, managers, officers, and members.

  • Professional liability insurance means insurance against legal liability incident to the practice of a profession and provision of a professional service.

  • Fidelity Insurance means insurance coverage with respect to employee errors, omissions, dishonesty, forgery, theft, disappearance and destruction, robbery and safe burglary, property (other than money and securities) and computer fraud in an aggregate amount acceptable to Seller’s regulators.

  • Property Insurance is defined in Section 6.10(a).

  • Water pollution means the unpermitted release of sediment from disturbed areas, solid waste or waste-derived constituents, or leachate to the waters of the state.

  • First party insurance means an insurance policy or contract in which the insurer agrees to pay a claim submitted to it by the insured for the insured's losses.

  • Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.

  • Environmental pollution means the contaminating or rendering unclean or impure the air, land or waters of the state, or making the same injurious to public health, harmful for commer- cial or recreational use, or deleterious to fish, bird, animal or plant life.

  • Casualty insurance means liability insurance.

  • Asset Coverage means asset coverage, as determined in accordance with Section 18(h) of the 1940 Act, of at least 200% with respect to all outstanding senior securities of the Fund which are stock, including all Outstanding Series A Preferred Shares (or such other asset coverage as may in the future be specified in or under the 1940 Act as the minimum asset coverage for senior securities which are stock of a closed-end investment company as a condition of declaring dividends on its common stock), determined on the basis of values calculated as of a time within 48 hours (not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays) next preceding the time of such determination.

  • Air pollution means the presence in the outdoor atmosphere of one or more air contaminants in sufficient quantities, and of such characteristics and duration as is, or is likely to be, injurious to human health, plant or animal life, or property, or which unreasonably interferes with enjoyment of life and property. For the purposes of this chapter, air pollution shall not include air contaminants emitted in compliance with chapter 17.21 RCW, the Washington Pesticide Application Act, which regulates the application and control of the use of various pesticides.

  • General Liability means:Your legal liability in respect of Personal Injury and/or Property Damage and/or Advertising Injury caused by or arising out of an Occurrence happening in connection with the Business other than Products Liability.

  • General Liabilities shall have the meaning given it in Article III, Section 6(b) of this Declaration of Trust;

  • Environmental Insurance Policy means, with respect to any Mortgage Loan or the related Mortgaged Property or REO Property, any insurance policy covering pollution conditions and/or other environmental conditions that is maintained from time to time in respect of such Mortgage Loan, Mortgaged Property or REO Property, as the case may be, for the benefit of, among others, the Trustee on behalf of the Certificateholders.

  • Legal Liability means responsibility which courts recognize and enforce between persons who sue one another.

  • Accidental Bodily Injury means an Injury sustained as the result of an Accident and independently of all other causes by an outside traumatic event or due to exposure to the elements.

  • Primary insurance means the policies listed in this policy’s Umbrella Schedule.

  • Property damage means physical injury to, destruction of, or loss of use of tangible property.

  • Crew Insurances means insurances against crew risks which shall include but not be limited to death, sickness, repatriation, injury, shipwreck unemployment indemnity and loss of personal effects.
