Contractor’s Fee definition

Contractor’s Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.2.
Contractor’s Fee means the fee payable to the General Contractor under the General Contract for the construction of the Work.
Contractor’s Fee means the amount paid to Contractor for providing the Services under this Agreement as calculated pursuant to Section 3.2 of this Agreement.

Examples of Contractor’s Fee in a sentence

  • Princeton University shall retain an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Cost of the Work and Contractor’s Fee set forth in each Application for Payment submitted in accordance with paragraph (d) (“Retainage”).

  • Guaranteed Price, which excludes Value Added Taxes, is equal to the sum of the Cost of the Work (which includes the Contractor’s Design Contingency and the Contractor’s Fee) and the Cost of the Financing.

  • The Contract Sum shall be one of the following: (Check the appropriate box.) More Definitions of Contractor’s Fee

Contractor’s Fee or “Fee” shall mean the fee set forth in Schedule E.
Contractor’s Fee has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 6.1.
Contractor’s Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit C.
Contractor’s Fee means “Construction Manager’s Fee.” Preconstruction. Construction Manager will provide preconstruction services in accordance with the Scope of Preconstruction Services. The Work, as defined in the General Conditions, does not include the Preconstruction Services. Costs incurred in the performance of the Preconstruction Services are not includable in the Cost of the Work. If the Project is delivered in phases or components, or portions of the Work otherwise commence prior to the completion of the Preconstruction Services, the Preconstruction Services and Work shall proceed concurrently. Unless specifically provided otherwise below in Additional Provisions, the Preconstruction Services include the services necessary to deliver the Project in multiple phases or components with multiple building permits and construction document packages.
Contractor’s Fee means an amount equal to a 12% overhead and profit fee payable to Contractor as provided in the Construction Contract on the "Costs of the Work" (except any costs excluded in calculating the Contractor Fee as provided in the Construction Contract) as defined in the Construction Contract (i.e. "hard costs" of construction); provided, however, (a) for purposes of determining the Costs of Work for work performed directly by the Contractor's own forces (i) Contractor shall not be entitled to any separate or underlying "markup" for overhead or profit on such work, and (ii) amounts payable to Contractor for labor shall be limited to the actual cost thereof (at applicable union wage and benefit rates), except for supervisory personnel, who shall be paid based on reasonable industry standards; and (b) Design Costs and the cost of building permit(s) shall not be included in calculating the Contractor's Fee.
Contractor’s Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section V.A.1. "Contractor's Representative" shall have the meaning set forth in Section XXVI.B. "Cost of the Work" shall have the meaning set forth in Section V.B.
