Contractor’s Expense. The Contractor will be responsible for all costs related to photo copying, telephone communications and fax communications while on County sites during the performance of work and services under this Contract.

If any inspection or testing reveals Defective Work, or if Work is otherwise not approved by Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction, Contractor shall bear all costs associated with correction of such Work, including compensation for Owner Parties’ additional services attributable to such failure.

Contractor is responsible for payment of all parking costs and expenses incurred at a County facility while performing work under this Contract, except to the extent the County facility has free parking available to the public and Contractor makes appropriate use of this free parking. However, County will not provide free parking for any service in the County Civic Center.

Contractor’s Expense a. Fees listed in this Attachment B are inclusive of all administrative fees, operational fees, traveling fees, transportation fees, printed materials fees, parking fees and/or any other costs/fees required to provide such services. No additional fees or costs shall be paid beyond the flat fee stated.

The Contractor will be responsible for all costs incurred by their off-site office or the office(s) of their Sub-Contractors related to photo copying, telephone communications, fax communications, and parking during the performance of work and services under this Contract. The County shall provide free parking for the Contractor while working on-site at the facilities of the County, Sheriff-Coroner Department.
