Contractor’s Equipment definition

Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

• Evidence of Contractor’s Equipment Insurance: The Contractor is responsible for their tools and equipment including, but not limited to, construction trailers and their contents and temporary scaffolding at the project site, whether owned, leased, rented or borrowed.

More Definitions of Contractor’s Equipment

Contractor’s Equipment means all machinery, apparatus and other things (other than Temporary Works) required for the execution, completion and guarantee of the Works and the remedying of any defects, but does not include Plant and Equipment, Materials, or other things intended to form or forming part of the Permanent Works.

Contractor’s Equipment means all appliances and things of whatsoever nature (other than Temporary Works) required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects therein, but does not include Plant, materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the Permanent Works.
