Examples of Contractor’s Equipment in a sentence
Evidence of Contractor’s Equipment Insurance: The Contractor is responsible for their tools and equipment including, but not limited to, construction trailers and their contents and temporary scaffolding at the project site, whether owned, leased, rented or borrowed.
This provision shall be applicable to all temporary Works, Plant and Contractor’s Equipment whenever provided and erected by the Contractor or his Subcontractor(s) for the purpose of or in connection with the Contract Works.
On termination of the Contract under Sub-Para (b) of this Sub-Clause, the Contractor shall demobilize from the Site leaving behind Contractor’s Equipment which the Employer instructs, in the termination notice, to be used for the completion of the Works at the risk and cost of the Contractor.
The Contractor shall be absolutely and solely responsible for the safety and security of Temporary Works including, but not limited to, all work yards, pilings, staging, dams, coffer dams, trenches, fencing or other works and for the Plant and Contractor’s Equipment in connection therewith which may be erected or provided for the execution of the Contract Works.
The Contractor shall then demobilize from the Site leaving behind, in the case of the Contractor’s insolvency, any Contractor’s Equipment which the Employer instructs in the notice is to be used for the completion of the Works.
