Contractor’s Documents definition

Contractor’s Documents means the calculations, computer programs and other software, drawings, manuals, models and other documents of a technical nature (if any) supplied by the Contractor under the Contract.

• Unless otherwise stated in the Employer’s Requirements, the Contractor’s Documents shall be written in the language for communications defined in sub-clause 1.4 [Law and Language].

• If errors, omissions, ambiguities, inconsistencies, inadequacies or other defects are found in the Contractor’s Documents, they and the Works shall be corrected at the Contractor's cost, notwithstanding any consent or approval under this clause.

• The Contractor shall keep, on the Site, a copy of the Contract, publications named in the Employer’s Requirements, the Contractor’s Documents, and Variations and other communications given under the Contract.

More Definitions of Contractor’s Documents

Contractor’s Documents means the calculations, computer programs and other software, drawings, manuals, models and other documents of a technical nature supplied by the Contractor under the Contract; as described in Sub-Clause 5.2 [Contractor's Documents].

Add the following new definitions:-

Contractor’s Documents mean all documents, software and any other form of recording and transferring of information submitted or to be submitted by the Contractor under this Contract to the Employer, including, without limitation, the construction documents, licences and permits, operation and maintenance manuals and as-built drawings, all as specified in this Contract as being part of the Work, or, if there is no such specification, as may be identified by referring to the requirements of Article 33.

Contractor’s Documents means all drawings, specifications, calculations and other documents and information, which the Contractor must produce to Design and construct the Works in accordance with the Contract; and all documents which become Contractor's Documents under the Contract, including Kahramaa's Documents checked, accepted and adopted under Article 2.

Contractor’s Documents with a new paragraph in the following wording: “Within the framework of the Contract, the Contractor’s Documents shall mean also “Technical Drawings”, which mean building design, confirmation card, explanatory note or any other documentation necessary for the implementation of the building concept provided for in regulatory enactments, other technical drawings of Works included in the Contract and any technical drawings supplemented and 12 Insert a new paragraph if the Contract provides for Individual Works. 13 Insert a sub-clause if the Contract provides for Individual Works.
