Contractor Staff means all personnel specifically designated by the Contractor’s representative to be responsible for delivering services under this Contract including Solid Waste collection workers, vehicle drivers, workshop mechanics, supervisors and administration staff
Contractor Staff means Contractor’s employees, Subcontractors and agents, or any firm, provider, organization, individual, or other entity who will provide the Services on behalf of Contractor under this Contract.

More Definitions of Contractor Staff
Contractor Staff means Contractor’s employees, subcontractors, consultants, and agents used to provide Services and/or create Deliverables under this Contract, including, but not limited to, Key Personnel. “Contractor Staff” also includes the entity that employs Contractor’s employees, subcontractors, consultants, and agents in all cases except where the context clearly references only individuals.

Contractor Staff means the contractor/subcontractor, vendors and agents, including their employees, performing any functions for the County that require access to and/or use of PII and that are authorized by the County to access and use PII.
