Contractor Solution definition

Contractor Solution means the solution, including the Services, to be provided by the Contractor as described in Schedule 4.1, which must meet the DCC Requirements in all respects;
Contractor Solution means all of the following: (a) the Services (and any items, features or services associated with the provision of the Services or a change in the provision of the Services); (b) the Contractor System; and (c) any and all processes, ways of working, equipment or materials used or provided by or on behalf of the Contractor in connection with any obligations under this Agreement;
Contractor Solution means the Contractor’s solution as set out in Schedule 2;

  • In fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement, Contractor shall perform, and shall cause each Contractor Solution Partner to perform, all Services and all Deliverables to perform, in accordance with the response, resolution, and other support standards and timelines and such other systems availability and processing requirements as are set forth in the applicable Services Order (the "Performance Levels").

  • Unless the context otherwise requires, all references to “Contractor” throughout this Agreement shall refer to both Contractor and each Contractor Solution Partner.

  • Contractor acknowledges and agrees that it is solely responsible for procuring and maintaining all necessary permits and licenses required in connection with Contractor’s performance, and the performance of all Contractor Solution Partners, under this Agreement, including obtaining all necessary shipping and/or delivery permits and processing and procuring all necessary visas and passport documents for all Contractor Personnel in advance of their assignment in connection with Services.

Contractor Solution or “Solution” means all core system products, capabilities, licenses and authorizations required to meet the requirements committed by the Contractor in the RFP Proposal for Implementation Services and Ongoing Services.

Related to Contractor Solution

  • Contractor System means the information and communications technology system used by the Contractor in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Authority System).

  • Contractor / Vendor means the Tenderer whose bid has been accepted and awarded Letter of Acceptance for a specific item followed by the signing of Contract.

  • Contractor means the individual or entity, that has entered into this contract with the Commonwealth.

  • The Contractor/ Vendor means the individual or firm or company undertaking the works and shall include legal personal representative of individual or composing the firm or company and the permitted assignees of individual or firms of company.
