Contractor Reports definition

Contractor Reports means reports detailing that the name and address of any agents, contractors or subcontractors appointed to carry out any part, or all, of the Licensed Activities;
Contractor Reports is described in Section 4.1 and defined in Schedule 11. "Construction Contractor" means Xxxxx Construction Group. “Construction Manager” means the STV Group, Inc.

  • Contractor information system means an information system belonging to, or operated by or for, the Contractor.

  • Covered contractor information system means an information system that is owned or operated by a contractor that processes, stores, or transmits Federal contract information.

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Contractor Representative means any of the following:

  • Technical Report means a report prepared and filed in accordance with this Instrument and Form 43-101F1 Technical Report that includes, in summary form, all material scientific and technical information in respect of the subject property as of the effective date of the technical report; and

  • Lead Contractor means a person who has met the Board's requirements and has been issued a license by the Board to enter into contracts to perform lead abatements.

  • Contractor means the individual or entity, that has entered into this contract with the Commonwealth.

  • Contractor / Vendor means the Tenderer whose bid has been accepted and awarded Letter of Acceptance for a specific item followed by the signing of Contract.
