Contractor Price definition

Contractor Price means the price payable to the Contractor under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.
Contractor Price means the sum stated in the Letter of Acceptance as payable to the Contractor for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects therein in accordance with the provision of the Contract.
Contractor Price means the total price the Owner has agreed to pay to the Contractor for the Work, and for everything supplied under the Contract and included in the Contract, and in any event shall not exceed the amount specified in the Purchase Order;

  • The Contractor Price is the price stated in the Letter of Acceptance and thereafter as adjusted in accordance with the provisions of the Contract.

  • General Contractor Company awarded the contract for the project must provide a Performance Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the General Contractor Price prior to the execution of the Contract.

  • Unless specifically authorized by the CITY, the amount of such insurance shall not be less than the Contractor Price totaled in their bid.

  • All OGS approved Contractor Price Lists will be posted on the OGS Procurement Services website, without exception.
