Contractor Parties definition

Contractor Parties means a Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract (e.g. subcontractor) and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to perform under the Contract in any capacity. For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.

The term “Contractor” as utilized herein includes all Contractor Parties, unless the context of the provision clearly indicates otherwise.

Contractor Parties means any persons performing any work or services in connection with the Program or the Work, including Contractor’s agents, representatives, suppliers, subcontractors, and other individuals or entities, whether such Contractor Parties are employed directly or indirectly by Contractor to perform the Work. To the extent any portion of the Work or the Program is performed by a person, contractor or entity in Contractor’s trade ally or trade professional network or program, “Contractor Parties” shall include such person, contractor or entity.
