Contractor IPR definition

Contractor IPR means: (a) Contractor Background IPR; and (b) Contractor Software;
Contractor IPR means IPR owned by or licensed to the Contractor, any Sub- contractor or Ancillary Sub-contractor (excluding any IPR licensed from the Department) and used by the Contractor, any Sub- contractor or Ancillary Sub-contractor in the provision of the Services or otherwise provided by the Contractor, any Sub- contractor or Ancillary Sub-contractor to the Department in the fulfilment of the Contractor's obligations under this Agreement.
Contractor IPR means all the IPR comprised in the Contractor’s solution including any Contractor software, third party software and the Contractor’s Background IPR but excluding any DCC Background IPR or DCC IPR; Data means any information, data, text, drawings, diagrams, photographs, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these), formats, know- how or other information embodied in any medium (including whether tangible or electronic);

  • With effect from the date of the award of Contract, the Prime Contractor grants a non-exclusive, world-wide, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable and royalty-free licence to the Authority to Use, and to grant to any third party the right to Use, the Third Party IPR and Prime Contractor IPR.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Contractor Intellectual Property means any intellectual property owned by Contractor and developed independently from the Services.

  • Third Party Contractor as used in the Student Data Protection Act and “Operator” as used in COPPA. De-Identified Information (DII): De-Identification refers to the process by which the Contractor removes or obscures any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from Education Records in a way that removes or minimizes the risk of disclosure of the identity of the individual and information about them.

  • Contractor means the individual or entity, that has entered into this contract with the Commonwealth.

  • The Contractor/ Vendor means the individual or firm or company undertaking the works and shall include legal personal representative of individual or composing the firm or company and the permitted assignees of individual or firms of company.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • EPC Contractor means Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contractor or such Person performing those functions.

  • Home improvement contractor or "contractor" means a person who sells goods and services, or agrees to furnish or render services, to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement installment contract, or sells goods and services to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement charge agreement, but not in connection with construction of new homes.
