Contractor Group definition

Contractor Group means Contractor, its parent and subsidiary companies as defined by the term “Affiliate,” and its and their respective Subcontractors and contractors of whatever tier and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of all of the foregoing.

Contractor Group means (i) Contractor and its Affiliates and (ii) the respective directors, officers, agents, employees, and representatives of each Person specified in clause (i) above.

Contractor Group means the Contractor, its Subcontractors (of any tier), its Contractor Invitees, its and their Affiliates and the foregoing's respective agents, representatives, directors, officers and employees (including agency personnel), or, where the context so permits, any or each of the foregoing, but does not include any member of the Company Group.

• Contractor shall hold harmless and indemnify Company Group from and against all liens, attachments or claims by or on behalf of any of its suppliers or any member of Contractor Group (or persons alleging to be any such persons) in connection with or arising out of the Contract.

Contractor Group means Contractor, its Subcontractors, its and their Affiliates and the respective agents, directors, officers, employees, consultants and agency personnel of all of the foregoing. “Co-Venturer” means any person with whom Company is or may be from time to time a party to a joint venture agreement (including a consortium agreement or contractual association agreement), joint operating agreement, unit operating agreement or similar agreement relating to the operations for which the Work is being carried out. “Goods” means the goods as detailed in the Order that Contractor is required to supply in accordance with the Contract. “Legislation” means, including Applicable Corruption Laws and Sanctions and Trade Controls Laws, all applicable laws, directives, statutes, statutory instruments, bye-laws, ordinances, regulations, decrees, approvals, licences, permits, authorisations, guidelines, rules, orders, codes of practice, standards and any other requirement of any international, national, federal, regional, state, municipal or local governmental authority, agency or regulatory body including any branch, division, ministry, department or agency of the same or of any court, commission, board or similar authority with jurisdiction over Company Group, Contractor Group, the Work, the

Contractor Group. ’ means the Contractor, its contractors and their Affiliates and directors, officers, employees and agents of all the foregoing.

Contractor Group means the CONTRACTOR, its SUBCONTRACTORS, its and their AFFILIATES, its and their respective directors, officers and employees (including agency personnel), but shall not include any member of the COMPANY GROUP.
