Contractor Facilities definition

Contractor Facilities means the Contractor Terminal Facilities and the Contractor Non-Terminal Facilities.
Contractor Facilities shall have the meaning given to it in Article 9.3.
Contractor Facilities means, collectively, the Infrastructure Facilities, and all other structures, equipment and components comprising the Project other than the Owner-Furnished Equipment.

More Definitions of Contractor Facilities

Contractor Facilities means all facilities and services required or provided by the Contractor at the Compound other than the Company Facilities and any alterations thereto in accordance with this Licence;
