Contractor Equipment definition

Contractor Equipment means all appliances and things of whatsoever nature (other than temporary works) required for execution and completion of works and remedying of any defects, therein. But does not include plant, materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent works.
Contractor Equipment means the hardware, computer and telecoms devices and equipment supplied by the Contractor or its Sub-Contractor (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Authority) for the provision of the Goods and/or Services.
Contractor Equipment means the tools, plant, equipment and materials used for execution of the Work, but not forming part of the Work;

Examples of Contractor Equipment in a sentence

  • No equipment shall be Contractor Equipment unless it is included in the then-current list approved pursuant to Section 12.1 (“Contractor’s Equipment”).

  • To the extent that the actual cost of the Approved Contractor Equipment is less than the Contractor Equipment Provisional Sum, the Contractor shall pay such difference to the Authority within twenty (20) Business Days of written request by the Authority.

  • The Contractor shall purchase, provide and install Contractor Equipment in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 of the Facilities Output Specification.


More Definitions of Contractor Equipment

Contractor Equipment means all tools and equipment that Contractor supplies or is required to supply for the performance of the Work in accordance with the Contract whether owned, leased or hired.
Contractor Equipment means an item(s) of equipment, materials, Software, Developed Software, consumables or plant or other similar object, whether inanimate or electronic, to be supplied or delivered by the Contractor and placed on a Site for the provision of the Services;

Contractor Equipment means the CONTRACTOR’s equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the CONTRACTOR or its Sub-Contractors (but not hired, leased or loaned from the AUTHORITY) in the performance of its obligations under the Contract.
Contractor Equipment is the equipment owned, leased or otherwise held by the Contractor that is used by the Contractor to provide the Services.
