Contractor Document definition

Contractor Document means one or more document, agreement or other instrument required by the Contractor in connection with the performance of the services set forth in Attachment A hereto, regardless of format, including any other paper or “shrinkwrap,” “clickwrap” or other electronic version thereof. No modification or addition to the limited warranties set forth in this Agreement is authorized unless it is set forth in an amendment to this Contract.
Contractor Document means any form of agreement documentation that the Contractor prepares and provides and that relates to the Contract, and includes, without limitation, an on-line Click- Through contract, any form of proposal, or any form of invoice, that is or is purported to be made a part of the Contract or is effective or purported to be effective outside of or in addition to the
Contractor Document means one or more document, agreement or other instrument required by the Contractor or its supplier in connection with the performance of this Contract, regardless of format, including any applicable license or end user agreement, any hyperlinks to documents contained in a Contractor document, agreement or other instrument, and any other paper or “shrinkwrap,” “clickwrap” or other electronic version thereof.

  • Contractor acknowledges and agrees that, to the extent a Contractor Document provides for alternate term or termination provisions, including automatic renewals, such sections shall be waived and shall have no force and effect.

  • In lieu of any requirement that may be in a Contractor Document that the State provide the Contractor with access to its System for the purpose of determining State compliance with the terms of the Contractor Document, upon request and not more frequently than annually, the State will provide Contractor with a certified report concerning the State’s use of any software licensed for State use pursuant this Contract.

  • Therefore, Contractor further acknowledges and agrees that, to the extent a Contractor Document expressly provides for arbitration or waiver of the State’s right to a jury trial of the Contractor and/or other third parties by the State, such sections shall be waived and shall have no force and effect with respect to the State.

  • The Contractor Document Control Officer (DCO) shall obtain a signed copy of the FIFRA “Contractor Employee Confidentiality Agreement” from each of the Contractor's employees who will have access to the information before the employee is allowed access.

  • The Contractor agrees that, to the extent a Contractor Document expressly provides for or implies indemnification of the Contractor and/or other third parties by the State, such sections shall be waived and shall have no force and effect with respect to the State.

  • The Contractor Document Control Offi- cer (DCO) shall obtain a signed copy of EPA Form 7740–6, ‘‘TSCA CBI Access Request, Agreement, and Approval,’’ from each of the Contractor’s employees who will have access to the information before the employee is al- lowed access.

Related to Contractor Document

  • Scope Document means the document (if any) that is provided with and becomes part of the Order Form and which defines sometimes in conjunction with a Service Description (as applicable) the Services to be provided.

  • Programme Document means the formal document (in standard format) attached to this Agreement, which is concluded by the Parties and reflects expected results, detailed activities, timeframes and budget, and defines what is to be accomplished. The Programme Document is the basis for requisitioning, committing and disbursing funds to carry out planned activities and for their monitoring and reporting.

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.

  • Aircraft Documents means all flight records, maintenance records, historical records, modification records, overhaul records, manuals, logbooks, authorizations, drawings and data relating to the Airframe, any Engine, or any Part, or that are required by Applicable Law to be created or maintained with respect to the maintenance and/or operation of the Aircraft.

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;

  • TE Document means Tender Enquiry Document

  • Procurement Documents means the procurement documents attached hereto as Schedule F (if any);

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.

  • Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.
