Contractor Change definition

Contractor Change means a Change requested by the Contractor;

Contractor Change means a change to the Custodial Service proposed by the Contractor in accordance with Schedule 9 (Change Protocol) which is not required by a Change in Law;

Contractor Change a change to the Works and/or the Services pursuant to Clause 52.2 (Contractor Changes in Service);

Examples of Contractor Change in a sentence

• As soon as practicable, and in any event within fifteen (15) Business Days (or such other period as the Parties may agree) after having received the Authority Notice of Change, the Contractor shall deliver to the Authority a Contractor Change Proposal.

• If the Contractor wishes to propose a Change, it shall serve a Contractor Change Proposal on the Authority, which shall include all of the information required by Clause 3b above, and the process at Clause 4 above shall apply.

• The Authority shall not be liable to the Contractor for any additional work undertaken or expense incurred unless a Contractor Change Proposal has been accepted in accordance with Clause 4b.(1) above.

• As soon as practicable after the Authority has evaluated the Contractor Change Proposal (amended as necessary) the Authority shall: Indicate its acceptance of the Change Proposal by issuing an amendment to the Contract in accordance with Clause A2 (Amendments to Contract); or Serve a Notice on the Contractor rejecting the Contractor Change Proposal and withdrawing (where issued) the Authority Notice of Change.

• If the Contractor wishes to introduce a Contractor Change, it shall serve a notice containing the information required pursuant to paragraph 2 of this Part 5 (a Contractor Notice of Change) on the Authority.
