Contraction Space definition

Contraction Space. Is defined in Article 4.3 hereof.
Contraction Space means either one or two contiguous full floors of the Premises (other than the Expansion Premises).

Contraction Space means, at Tenant’s election, up to twenty percent (20%) of the Premises being leased by Tenant as of the time of Tenant’s exercise of the Contraction Option, provided such Contraction Space shall be (i) in a commercially leasable configuration reasonably acceptable to Landlord, (ii) a minimum of one (1) full floor and (iii) if Tenant shall have exercised the Expansion Option, at Tenant’s election, include either the portion of the Premises that is on the lowest floors in the Unit or the portion of the Premises that is on the highest floors of the Unit (i.e., if the remaining Premises consists of more than one floor, such remaining floors must be contiguous).

Following Tenant's exercise of its Contraction Right(s), Landlord and Tenant will enter into an amendment to the Lease evidencing the deletion of the Contraction Space from the Premises and making such adjustments to the Lease as are necessary to reflect the deletion of the Contraction Space from the Premises, including but not limited to a proportionate reduction in the Rent, Additional Charges and Tenant's Share. Notwithstanding anything else contained herein, if Tenant reduces the Premises as described in clause (i) above, Tenant must reduce its space by at least 75,000 square feet of Rentable Area.
