Contracting Officer Representative means Buyer. In paragraph (b), ’120 calendar days’ shall mean ’90 calendar days’ and ’30 days’ shall mean ’25 days’. Contracting Officer Representative or “COR” means a person appointed by the Contracting Officer for the purpose of determining compliance with the technical requirements of the contract.
