Contracting Government definition

Contracting Government means any Government which has deposited an instrument of ratification or has given notice of adherence to this Convention.
Contracting Government means the Government of the State of South Australia or the Government of the State of Victoria.
Contracting Government means any of the Governments of the Commonwealth, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and of any other State becoming a party pursuant to clause 134.

  • The port facility security assessment shall be carried out by the Contracting Government within whose territory the port facility is located.
