Contracting Area definition

Contracting Area means those geographic areas as set forth in Attachment II.
Contracting Area means the area in which the Integrated Care Program is operational, consisting of those geographic areas as set forth in Attachment IV.
Contracting Area means the area(s) from which the Contractor may enroll Potential Enrollees as set forth in Attachment I.

Examples of Contracting Area in a sentence

  • A protest received by a contracting officer after award of a contract shall be forwarded to the SBA Government Contracting Area Office with a notation that award has been made.

  • A protest that is not timely, even though received before award, shall be forwarded to the SBA Government Contracting Area Office (see paragraph (c)(1) of this section), with a notation on it that the protest is not timely.

Related to Contracting Area

  • Contracting Party shall have the meaning designated in the preamble to Section 5.2 hereof.
