Contracted Volume definition

Contracted Volume means the volume of milk specified in Schedule 3.
Contracted Volume means the volume of milk specified in Annexure D and in respect of a Month, means the volume of milk for that Month specified in Annexure D. Cpl means cents per litre. Dairy Code means the Competition and Consumer (Industry Codes – Dairy) Regulations 2019.
Contracted Volume means with respect to a Contract Shipper, the minimum daily commitment of volume of Petroleum for movement through the Terminal set out in the Contract Shipper’s TSA;

Examples of Contracted Volume in a sentence

  • You are required to supply us with the Contracted Volume, as set out in Schedule 3, for each month of the Term.

  • The Minimum Price that BDD will pay you for the Contracted Volume of milk supplied in accordance with this agreement is set out in Schedule 4.

  • If we terminate this agreement for your material breach, then, without limiting our other rights to claim damages, you agree to pay us an amount equal to the difference between the price that we would have paid you for your Contracted Volume and the cost to us of obtaining milk to replace your Contracted Volume for the rest of the Term, provided that we use all reasonable endeavours to procure suitable replacement milk at the lowest price available.

  • If you fail to supply us with at least 90% of the Contracted Volume in any month (the difference between the volume of milk that you supply to us and your Contracted Volume for that month being a “shortfall”), except where that failure is due to a Force Majeure Event, then you agree to pay us the amount equal to the difference between the price that we would have paid you for the shortfall and the cost to us of obtaining milk elsewhere to replace the shortfall.

  • BDD is not obliged to purchase any milk in excess of the Contracted Volume (Surplus Milk) under this agreement.

  • You agree to supply us with the Contracted Volume of milk, as set out in Schedule 3, and we agree to purchase and collect that Contracted Volume of milk, on the terms of this agreement.

  • If you think that you will not be able to supply us with the full Contracted Volume in any given month, you must tell us as soon as possible in writing.

  • Subject to the other terms of this Contract, DFMC will acquire the Contracted Volume each Month, as set out in Annexure D, for the Minimum Milk Price for that Month set out in Item 3 of the Details.

  • If you fail to supply DFMC with at least 90% of the Contracted Volume in any Month, except where the failure is due to Force Majeure, then you must, if required by DFMC, immediately pay to DFMC liquidated damages for that Month calculated as follows: $X = W cents x (Y – Z) Where: $X is the amount payable by you to DFMC for the relevant Month.

  • You acknowledge that the above formula represents a genuine pre-estimate of the loss DFMC will suffer if you fail to supply the Contracted Volume in respect of a Month all or some of your milk to a third party during the Term.


More Definitions of Contracted Volume

Contracted Volume means the volume of Fruit that the Supplier must offer to sell to T&G Pipfruit in respect of a Season, as determined in accordance with this Agreement.

Related to Contracted Volume

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.

  • Runoff volume means the volume of water that runs off the land development project from a prescribed storm event.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB means the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two (2) or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • Net metering customer means a customer of the electric distribution company

  • Gross Standard Volume as herein used means volume corrected to a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit, in accordance with the latest API/ASTM measurement standards, and at equilibrium vapor pressure.

  • PJM Region Peak Load Forecast means the peak load forecast used by the Office of the Interconnection in determining the PJM Region Reliability Requirement, and shall be determined on both a preliminary and final basis as set forth in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.

  • licensed water supplier means a company which is the holder for the time being of a water supply licence under Section 17A(1) of the 1991 Act(f);

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • service supplier means any person that supplies a service;

  • Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Network Supply Point or "NSP" means any Point of Connection between:

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Contract Month means a calendar month (or portion thereof) during the term of this Agreement. Contract Month 1 shall commence on the first day of the first calendar month following the Effective Date and end on the last day of that calendar month.

  • Base Capacity Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and the clearing price for Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Contracted Month means each full month during the term of the IBM SaaS measured from 12:00

  • Contracted Load or “contract demand” means the maximum demand in kW, kVA or BHP, agreed to be supplied by the licensee and indicated in the agreement executed between the licensee and the consumer;
