Contracted School Year definition

Contracted School Year as used in this agreement shall mean the period of time of the first contracted day in the fall to the last contracted day in the spring.
Contracted School Year means the period of time from the first contracted day of the school year to the last contracted day of the school year.
Contracted School Year as used in this Agreement, shall mean the period of time from the Administrator’s first contracted day through the last contracted day and includes the days teachers and students are present at the Administrator’s building site (s).

Examples of Contracted School Year in a sentence

  • Approve work offered by the Administration outside of the Contracted School Year (i.e. beyond the one hundred eighty-six (186) day Members’ Contract Year (reference in Article III.A of the ACTA contract) will be compensated at $24.99 per hour (the BA Column, Step 0 rated calculated on an hourly basis) as calculated in Article IX Section A.11 of the ACTA contract for fiscal year 2024 effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.

  • Special meetings may be called by the Chairman at his/her own initiative or on a written request by at least 50% of the members of the Board of Studies.

  • Approve work offered by the Administration outside of the Contracted School Year (i.e., beyond the one hundred eighty-six (186) day Member’s Contract Year (reference in Article III.A of the ACTA contract) will be compensated at $24.62 per hour (the BA Column, Step 0 rate calculated on an hourly basis) as calculated in Article IX Section A.11 of the ACTA contract.

  • Outside the Contracted School Year or Day Teachers who perform approved additional duties outside their contracted school year or school day will be paid $21.14* $21.26 per hour.

  • Approve work offered by the Administration outside of the Contracted School Year (i.e., beyond the one hundred eighty-six (186) day Members’ Contract Year (reference in Article III.A of the ACTA contract) will be compensated at $24.62 per hour (the BA Column, Step 0 rate calculated on an hourly basis) as calculated in Article IX Section A.11 of the ACTA contract.

  • Outside the Contracted School Year or Day Teachers who perform approved additional duties outside their contracted school year or school day will be paid $20.90* per hour.

Related to Contracted School Year

  • School year means the period beginning July 1 and ending June 30 next following.

  • Contracted Load or “contract demand” means the maximum demand in kW, kVA or BHP, agreed to be supplied by the licensee and indicated in the agreement executed between the licensee and the consumer;

  • Service Year means fiscal year, except that:

  • Monthly Invoice means an invoice issued in accordance with section 21 by MDL or the Incentives Pool Trustee to a Shipper or Welded Party for all Charges payable in respect of the previous Month by that Shipper or Welded Party, together with any outstanding amounts in respect of any Month prior to the previous Month.

  • 900 service means an inbound toll telecommunications service purchased by a subscriber that allows the subscriber's customers to call in to the subscriber's prerecorded announcement or live service, and which is typically marketed under the name "900 service" and any subsequent numbers designated by the federal communications commission. "900 service" does not include the charge for collection services provided by the seller of the telecommunications service to the subscriber, or services or products sold by the subscriber to the subscriber's customer.

  • Independent educational evaluation means an evaluation conducted by a qualified examiner who is not employed by the public agency responsible for the education of the child in question.

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.

  • School day means any day or partial day that students are in attendance at school for instructional purposes.

  • Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.

  • Service dog means a dog that has been individually trained by an organization or person specializing in service dog training to perform a task to assist a person with a disability with a need related to their disability.
