Contract Volume definition

Contract Volume means the daily maximum volume of Product specified by Contract Shipper to ship on the pipeline pursuant to the TSA.
Contract Volume means the daily volume of Petroleum specified by Term Shipper in Appendix ‘A’ of a Contract, whereby Term Shipper commits to ship on the Pipeline System under the terms of such Contract.
Contract Volume means the daily volume of Petroleum for which a Term Shipper has contracted for transportation under a Contract, as set forth in Schedule "A" of such Contract.

More Definitions of Contract Volume

Contract Volume means the daily volume of Petroleum as set forth in Schedule A attached hereto;
Contract Volume means, for each Service Option, the daily volume of Petroleum as set forth in Schedule A;
