Contract Standard definition

Contract Standard means such standard as complies in each and every respect with all relevant provisions of the Contract;
Contract Standard means that standard set out in Clause 4.1;

More Definitions of Contract Standard

Contract Standard means, in relation to the performance and discharge of any part of the Contract and each and every Order forming a constituent part thereof:
Contract Standard means all relevant provisions and standards of this Contract and those currently in existence. Where no criteria are stated in the Contract the standard is to be to the entire satisfaction of the Authorised Officer. The Council reserves the right to amend these standards as appropriate, giving reasonable notice.
