Contract Specifics definition

Contract Specifics means the contract information attached at Schedule 1.
Contract Specifics means the Contract Specifics to which these General Terms and Conditions are attached.

Examples of Contract Specifics in a sentence

  • A Progress Claim and any Invoice must include the details set out in the Contract Specifics.

  • If the Principal wrongly makes a claim on any security provided by the Contractor under this Contract, the Principal must repay the amount wrongfully claimed plus interest calculated at the rates specified in the Contract Specifics from the day that the claim was made until the day that the money was repaid.

  • The Principal may require the Contractor to provide, at any time, in lieu of retention monies, security equal to the value of the Contract Price, or part thereof, as set out in the Contract Specifics, in the form of an unconditional and irrevocable bank undertaking in a form, and from a financial institution, approved by the Principal.

  • The Defects Liability Period applicable to any work performed for the purposes of rectifying Defects, is the period commencing on the date of completion of that remedial work and ending on the expiry of the times stated in the Contract Specifics.

  • Delivery containers and reels become the property of the University unless returnable or otherwise specified in Section 2 – Contract Specifics, of the RFP.

  • The Exit Fee will be calculated in accordance with the formula set out in the Contract Specifics.

  • This clause 18 applies if the Parties have executed this Document and have stated that this clause18 applies in the Minor Works Contract Specifics.

  • This clause 11 applies if the Parties have executed this Document and have stated that this clause11 applies in the Minor Works Contract Specifics.

  • These Product Specific Terms apply where the Contract Specifics identify any Products that will be supplied or installed (or both) under this Agreement.

  • These Services Specific Terms apply where the Contract Specifics identify any Services that will be provided under this Agreement.

Related to Contract Specifics

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.

  • Contract Specific Goals means the subcontracting goals for MBE and WBE participation established for a particular contract.

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;

  • Product Specific Terms means the terms applicable to a specific item of Licensed Software as set out in Schedule 2;

  • Project Specific IPRs means: (a) IPRs in the Services provided by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) specifically for the purposes of the Contract and all updates and amendments of these items created during the Contract Period; and/or (b) IPRs arising as a result of the provision of the Services by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) under the Contract, [including the rights in or to any database developed and supplied by the Supplier to the Customer in accordance with the terms of this Contract;

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

  • Project specific information means such part of the Instructions to Consultants used to reflect specific project and assignment conditions.

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • District specification means the specifications followed by the State Govt. in the area where the work is to be executed.

  • technical specification means, with respect to any Software, the document setting forth the technical specifications for such Software and included in the Statement of Work.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • IS Specification means the Specification of latest edition with amendments, if any, up to time of receipt of tender by Corporation issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards as referred to in the specifications and / or work orders.

  • District Specifications means the specifications followed by the State Government in the area where the work is to be executed.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Goods Specification means any specification for the Goods, including any related plans and drawings, as set out in the Order or otherwise agreed in writing by Get Living and the Supplier;

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • Service Specific Terms has the meaning given in the G Suite Agreement or Complementary Product Agreement, as applicable, or, if Customer’s G Suite Agreement does not define “Service Specific Terms”, means the then-current terms specific to one or more Core Services for G Suite set out at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms/service-terms/.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Swap Specification means, with respect to any Swap, the Rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Swap, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by BSEF.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Invasive plant species means species of plants not historically found in California that spread outside cultivated areas and can damage environmental or economic resources. Invasive species may be regulated by county agricultural agencies as noxious species. Lists of invasive plants are maintained at the California Invasive Plant Inventory and USDA invasive and noxious weeds database.
