Contract Revisions. Notwithstanding Contract Exhibit C, Special Contract Conditions section 6.9, the following types of revisions can be made to the Contract without a formal Contract amendment, upon written notice: Revisions by the Contractor:

Contract Revisions. Revisions to product offerings, pricing, terms, or presented materials must be approved by the Department prior to advertisement or implementation. Revision requests must be submitted to the Contract Manager on the Product Update Form in Section 7.7.
Contract Revisions. This Contract may be amended, revised, or added to at any time upon the mutual agreement of the parties.
Contract Revisions. Although the Contractor is responsible for maintaining its own contract information through its State Contract Web Page, any revisions to the originally approved contract information must be authorized in writing by State Purchasing prior to implementation. A State Contract Change Form (Attachment J) is included in Section 7.0, Forms, of this document, and should be submitted with any request to revise website i.e. ordering instructions or DMS website changes. Upon review to the Contractor’s State Contract website, should unauthorized information be discovered within the site, the contract link may be immediately suspended until the information is appropriately revised or the contract may be canceled due to non-compliance.
Contract Revisions. Revision of this Contract or any Engagement Letters must be made by mutual agreement. The revision will be effective only when the Department or Authorized User in the case of an Engagement Letter attaches an addendum or amendment to this Contract or respective Engagement Letter which is signed by the authorized representatives of both parties, except in circumstances where an increase in funds is provided by the Purchaser for the same purpose as originally agreed upon, the Engagement Letter may be amended by a unilateral amendment. The SOW included with an Engagement Letter will be a dynamic project document and will be revised and updated by mutual agreement of the Authorized User’s and Contractor’s project or program management leads or designees.
Contract Revisions. An amended contract pertaining to the physical plant structure, furnishings, building features, maintenance responsibilities/activities and conditional use permits will be drafted once building programming and site layout has been established.
Contract Revisions. REQUESTS FOR REVISIONS TO THIS CONTRACT MUST BE ADDRESSED TO THE DIRECTOR OF STATE PROCUREMENT AND SHALL REFER TO THE CONTRACT ITEM NUMBER WITH JUSTIFICATION OF THE REQUEST. DISTRIBUTOR VENDOR CHANGES, PRICE REDUCTIONS AND JUSTIFIABLE ITEM DELETIONS MAY BE CONSIDERED DURING THE CONTRACT PERIOD. NEW ITEM ADDITIONS MAY BE CONSIDERED ONLY WHEN STATE PROCUREMENT HAS DETERMINED ADDITIONS WILL BE OF SUBSTANTIAL BENEFIT TO THE STATE AND WILL JUSTIFY THE TIME, EFFORT AND COST REQUIRED TO MAKE SUCH ADDITION. CONTRACTOR MUST IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY THE OFFICE OF STATE PROCUREMENT WHEN ANY DEALER ON THIS CONTRACT IS TERMINATED, RELOCATED OR ADDED. ALL ORDERS PLACED WITH DEALERS PRIOR TO RECEIPT OF SUCH NOTIFICATION BY THE OFFICE OF STATE PROCUREMENT MUST BE HONORED. REVISIONS WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE ONLY UPON APPROVAL BY THE DIRECTOR OF STATE PROCUREMENT OR DESIGNEE. BIDDER SHOULD INCLUDE WITH BID CONTRACT NOTES
Contract Revisions. Revisions to this Contract will be considered agreed to by Client on renewal of ZWN's Web Hosting services as specified in Section 1(c).
