Contract Revision definition

Contract Revision means a written instrument prepared by the Authority and signed by the Authority and Trade Contractor stating their agreement upon a change in the Trade Contractor’s Work; the amount of the adjustment in the Trade Contract Agreement, if any; the extent of the adjustment in the Contract Time, if any, and the updated Schedule of Values.
Contract Revision means a written instrument prepared by the Authority and signed by the Authority and Construction Manager (in the case of the Construction Services Agreement), or signed by the Authority and Architect (in the case of the Design Services Agreement), stating their agreement upon a change in the Construction Manager’s Work; the amount of the adjustment in the GMP, if any; the extent of the adjustment in the Contract Time, if any, and the updated Schedule of Values in the case of the Construction Services Agreement, or stating their agreement upon a change in the Design Services Fee or Contract Time (in the case of the Design Services Agreement).
Contract Revision means a document which informs the Contractor of a proposed change in the Work, and appropriately describes or otherwise documents such change.

Examples of Contract Revision in a sentence

  • Before beginning its Trade Contractor Work, the Trade Contractor shall obtain and maintain the Required Insurance as set forth in Appendix B, and fully comply with all provisions thereof unless additional insurance is required by a Contract Revision and/or the insurance referenced is provided through a controlled insurance program.

  • If the average excavation per linear foot at the changed location varies more than 10 percent above or below original Plan quantities, a Contract Revision will be prepared to cover the new work.

  • No change is effective without a Service Contract Revision issued by Purchaser.

  • If Purchaser agrees with the Claim, the Parties will negotiate an equitable adjustment to the Service Contract compensation or the schedule, or both, with the adjustment to be reflected in a Service Contract Revision.

  • If such Trade Contractor Work is in accordance with the Trade Contract Documents, costs of uncovering and replacement shall, by appropriate Contract Revision, be charged to the Authority.

  • Costs to the Authority resulting from a Change in the Trade Contractor Work shall be determined in writing between the Authority and the Trade Contractor before issuance of any Contract Revision.

  • Summary Subcontract Report (SSR) Coordinator, as used in this clause, means the individual at the department or agency level who is registered in eSRS and is responsible for acknowledging or rejecting SSRs in eSRS for the department or agency.

  • Permit revision means any permit modification or administrative permit amendment.

  • Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.

  • Contract base bid means the total dollar amount a contractor bids on a contract without factoring any bid incentive or percentage reductions to the bid amount.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Training Contract means an agreement signed by the employer and the Apprentice or Trainee (and a parent or guardian if applicable), in accordance with the Act and Regulatory requirements.

  • EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.

The Contractor certifies that they have accessed and reviewed all documents incorporated by reference as electronically published and the Contractor makes all certifications required under the Standard Contract Form Instructions and Contractor Certifications under the pains and penalties of perjury, and further agrees to provide any required documentation upon request to support compliance, and agrees that all terms governing performance of this Contract and doing business in Massachusetts are attached or incorporated by reference herein according to the following hierarchy of document precedence, the applicable Commonwealth Terms and Conditions, this Standard Contract Form, the Standard Contract Form Instructions and Contractor Certifications, the Request for Response (RFR) or other solicitation, the Contractor’s Response (excluding any language stricken by a Department as unacceptable, and additional negotiated terms, provided that additional negotiated terms will take precedence over the relevant terms in the RFR and the Contractor’s Response only if made using the process outlined in 801 CMR 21.07, incorporated herein, provided that any amended RFR or Response terms result in best value, lower costs, or a more cost effective Contract.

  • Contract Demand means:-

  • Batch means a specific quantity of Product that is intended to have uniform character and quality, within specified limits, and is produced according to a single manufacturing order during the same cycle of manufacture.
