Contract Quantities definition

Contract Quantities has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a). “Contract Year” means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months; the first Contract Year shall commence on the Initial Delivery Date; and each subsequent Contract Year shall commence on the anniversary of the Initial Delivery Date. The final Contract Year may be a period of less than twelve (12) consecutive months.
Contract Quantities means the estimated quantities listed on the bid form.
Contract Quantities has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Feedstock Supply Agreement (namely, in respect of Feed Gas, an amount sufficient to yield seventy million standard cubic feet of contained ethane per day, and in respect of Fuel Gas, twenty billion British thermal units per day);

Examples of Contract Quantities in a sentence

  • No obligation to pay damages pursuant to this Agreement will accrue to the Claiming Party with respect to those Contract Quantities of electricity and Certificates not delivered or accepted due to the occurrence of Force Majeure under this § 15.

  • Seller, at no cost to Buyer, shall take all other actions during the Delivery Term, including submission of all reports and other filings with CAISO and applicable Governmental Authorities, that are required to be taken by Seller to ensure that Buyer can receive the Product at the Contract Quantities and shall take all actions within its control to assist Buyer in taking actions required to be taken by Buyer with regard to receipt of Product at the Contract Quantities.

  • During the Delivery Term, Seller shall, at no cost to Buyer, obtain and maintain CAISO and all applicable Governmental Authority certification(s) for all elements of Product for which certification is or may become required in order to enable Buyer to receive such Product and use such Product at the Contract Quantities to satisfy its Compliance Obligations.

  • However, to the extent such data is not available to the Seller at the time of invoicing, the Seller's invoice shall be based on Contract Quantities for Individual Contracts for such Time Units.

  • When and if data becomes available confirming that the actual quantities of electricity delivered and received differs from that set out in the Delivery Schedules, invoicing and payment will be adjusted to reflect any deviations between the Contract Quantities and actual deliveries.

  • Invoicing and payment shall be based on Scheduled Contract Quantities in accordance with all applicable Delivery Schedules for the respective month.

  • In the event that the Parties are unsuccessful in revising or amending this Transaction or unable to agree upon a mutually acceptable resolution within thirty (30) days after the request of either Party to amend the Transaction pursuant to this Section 2.7 by either Party, either Party may, by written notice to the other, immediately terminate the undelivered portion of Renewable Energy Contract Quantities of PCC2 Renewable Energy without penalty, termination payment or liability of either Party.

Related to Contract Quantities

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Bill of Quantities means the priced and completed Bill of Quantities forming part of the tender.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Biodiesel means a fuel composed of mono-alkyl esters of long chain fatty acids derived from vegetable oils or animal fats, and, in accordance with standards specified by the American society for testing and materials, designated B100, and meeting the requirements of D-6751, as approved by the department of agriculture.

  • Bills of Quantities means the priced and completed Bill of Quantities forming part of the tender[where applicable].

  • Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.

  • Feedstock means a solid waste that will readily decompose during the composting process including but not limited to yard waste, agricultural waste, animal waste, food scraps, animal carcasses, raw rendering material, and mixed solid waste.

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.

  • Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Small quantity generator means a generator who generates less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste in a calendar month.

  • Quantity means either tonnage or volume, depending on which term is the standard in the mining industry for the type of mineral;

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Network Supply Point or "NSP" means any Point of Connection between:

  • Harvest batch means a specifically identified quantity of dried flower or trim, leaves, and other cannabis plant matter that is uniform in strain, harvested at the same time, and, if applicable, cultivated using the same pesticides and other agricultural chemicals, and harvested at the same time.
