Contract Process definition

Contract Process means a technology or process arising out of the joint research and development;
Contract Process means the 60 nm* trench based DRAM process technology, having the detailed specifications to be determined in accordance with the target characteristics set forth in Exhibit 1.5 attached hereto.
Contract Process shall have the same meaning as defined in the Know How Transfer Agreement.

  • SMIC shall start upon Qimonda’s request up to [***] ([***]) 80nm Wafers in total for the conversion from the 90nm to the 80nm Contract Process or a higher number of Wafers to be mutually agreed between the Parties.

More Definitions of Contract Process

Contract Process means the 90 nm and 70 nm* DRAM process technology, having the detailed specifications to be determined in accordance with the target characteristics set forth in Exhibit 1.5 attached hereto.
Contract Process means the entire lifecycle of Contract. The Contract Process commences upon the identification of the need for a Contract by a Department and ends upon the completion of the Contract close-out process.
Contract Process means DRAM process technology transferred to JV under the KHTA.
Contract Process means Know How relating to the 90nm DRAM technology process licensed from Infineon to Winbond under the 90nm-License Agreement.

Related to Contract Process

  • Procurement Process means the process commenced by the issuing of this Invitation and concluding upon the award of a contract (or other outcome as determined by Tetra Tech International Development) or upon the earlier termination of the process

  • The Contract Price means the price payable to the Supplier under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
