Contract Option definition

Contract Option means a contract between Shard Capital and a Client, the terms of which correspond in all respects to the terms of an option, which is quoted, listed or ordinarily purchased or sold on and cleared through a regulated market place or another market.

If no transfer request is received on or prior to the Index Account Option Term Anniversary, the Fixed Account value will remain in the Fixed Account and the Index Account Option value(s) will be reallocated to the same Index Account Option(s) for the same term, Crediting Method and Index, if available. If the Crediting Method, or Index is no longer available as of the Index Account Option Term Anniversary, the Index Account Option value(s) will be reallocated to the Fixed Account, without being subject to an MVA, until further instruction is received.
