Contract Milestone definition

Contract Milestone means a specified milestone date in the Contract by which the Contractor is required to complete a designated portion or segment of the Work. “Contract Milestone” includes but is not limited to dates established for Substantial Completion of all or a designated portion or segment of the Work.
Contract Milestone means the events and/or tasks described under 'Key Milestones' in the Statement of Requirements which, if applicable, must be completed by the relevant Milestone Date;
Contract Milestone means any requirement in the Contract Documents that reflects a planned point in time for the start or completion of a portion of the Work measured from i) the date of the Notice to Proceed or ii) the date of another Contract Milestone defined in the Contract Documents, as applicable.

Examples of Contract Milestone in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise designated by a Contract Modification, no Contract Progress Schedule that extends performance beyond the Contract Time and/or beyond any Contract Milestone shall be approved by the Engineer.

  • Once approved by the Engineer, the Contractor may incorporate the changes in the next Contract Progress Schedule/Monthly Update with the affected activities clearly identified and explained in the Schedule Narrative.Except as otherwise designated by a Contract Modification, no Contract Progress Schedule that extends performance beyond the Contract Time and/or beyond any Contract Milestone shall be approved by the Engineer.

  • Neither the updating or revision of Contractor’s Detailed Construction Schedule nor the submission, updating, change or revision of any report or schedule submitted to Engineer by Contractor under this Section nor Engineer’s review or non-objection of any such report or schedule shall have the effect of amending or modifying, in any way, the Contract Time, any Contract Completion Date, or Contract Milestone Dates or of modifying or limiting in any way Contractor’s obligations under this Contract.

Contract Milestone means a specified milestone date in the Contract by which the Contractor is required to complete a designated portion or segment of the Work.
Contract Milestone means the date(s) identifying a major event in the Construction Schedule used to monitor the progress of the Work. The milestones shall be identified with zero duration.
Contract Milestone or "Milestone" means an established event or occurrence that is a key element of the Critical Path Schedule as specified in Section 205 of this Agreement.

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • PSR means the European Union (Payment Services) Regulations 2018 and any law that amends or replaces them. Some Terms and Conditions are written to make clear they apply only if PSR applies to the Account. For example, PSR applies to accounts where the customer uses the account for payment transactions and can place, transfer or withdraw funds without any restriction. We call such accounts PSR regulated;

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.
