Contract Maturity Date definition

Contract Maturity Date means the date on which the annuity payments described in Part VIII are to commence. The Contract Maturity Date is shown in the Data Pages and is based on the original Annuitant’s date of birth.
Contract Maturity Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b).
Contract Maturity Date is the date annuity payments commence in the form of an Annuity Payment Option. The Contract Maturity Date is as shown on the Schedule Pages or as later changed. For further details see Section 16.

  • Unless otherwise stated in the Data Pages, you may request, pursuant to our procedures then in effect, a withdrawal from the Investment Options before the Contract Maturity Date.

Contract Maturity Date means December 31 of the calendar year in which the Annuitant turns 100 years of age (or, if such day is not a Valuation Date, the next day that is a Valuation Date). If the Contract is a Joint Annuitant Contract, the Contract Maturity Date is determined by reference to the age of the younger Annuitant on the date that the Contract is established or the second Annuitant is designated (whichever occurs later) and will not change if the younger Annuitant predeceases the older Annuitant, nor will it be changed to an earlier date in any other circumstance. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Contract is a Locked-in RSP, LIRA, RLSP, LRIF, LIF, PRIF or RLIF, the Contract Maturity Date will be such earlier date as is required in order to comply with pension legislation applicable to the Contract;

  • Latest Maturity Date means, as of any date of determination, the latest maturity or expiration date applicable to any Loan or Commitment hereunder at such time, including the latest maturity or expiration date of any Term Loan or Term Commitment.

  • Revolver Maturity Date means September 21, 2023, or, as to any Revolving Credit Lender for which the Revolver Maturity Date is extended pursuant to Section 2.17, the date to which the Revolver Maturity Date is so extended or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day.
