Contract Manufacturing Organization definition

Contract Manufacturing Organization or “CMO” means a Third Party contract manufacturing organization.
Contract Manufacturing Organization means an entity of which at least fifty percent (50%) of the business is directed toward the provision of biologic manufacturing services or products for non-affiliate third parties.
