Contract Manager(s) definition

Contract Manager(s) means the representative(s) of each Party who manages the Contract, whose appointment and contact details shall be notified to the other Party in writing;

Contract Manager(s) means the Company Contract Manager and the MSS Contract Manager.

Contract Manager(s) means the Customer Contract Managers and the Vendor Contract Manager, collectively.

Contract Manager(s) means the Acquiror Contract Manager and the Parent Contract Manager.

Contract Manager(s) means the assigned manager of HCA referred to herein as the HCA Interpreter Program Manager and the manager’s designees within the Health Care Authority, Interpreter Services Program.

Contract Manager(s) means the Senior Officers appointed in accordance with Clause 3.5 and 3.6;

Contract Manager(s) means the ICUS Contract Manager, IFUS Contract Manager and Warehouse Contract Manager.
