Contract Inception Report definition

Contract Inception Report means the initial financial model in a form agreed by the Service Provider and the Purchaser in writing on or before the Commencement Date. “Contract Year” means: a period of twelve (12) months commencing on the Commencement Date; or thereafter a period of twelve (12) months commencing on each anniversary of the Commencement Date; provided that the final Contract Year shall end on the expiry or termination of the Term.
