Contract Guarantor definition

Contract Guarantor means the person acceptable to a Contracting Authority to give a Contract Guarantee;
Contract Guarantor means Itochu Corporation of 0-0, Xxxx Xxxxxx 0-Xxxxx, Xxxxxx-xx, Xxxxx, Xxxxx and includes its successors in title;

  • If Student fails to make any payment under this Contract, Guarantor will, upon demand, make such payment to University or University’s agent.
