Contract Guarantee definition

Contract Guarantee means a deed of guarantee that may be required under this Contract in favour of the Customer in the form set out in DPS Schedule 13 (Guarantee) granted pursuant to Clause 4 (Contract Guarantee);
Contract Guarantee means the performance guarantee dated [·] 2012 and executed by the Contract Guarantor in favour of the Buyer in respect of the Seller’s obligations under the Contract and any further guarantee(s) to be issued by the Contract Guarantor in respect of such obligations, pursuant to any agreement supplemental to the Contract, and any extensions, renewals, amendments, supplements or replacements thereto or thereof;
Contract Guarantee has the meaning set forth in Article 8 of the Contract.

More Definitions of Contract Guarantee

Contract Guarantee means the guarantee in the exact words of the guarantee form as provided with this document and to be provided by one or more guarantors on behalf of the builder. This guarantee is to provide for the guarantor(s) to be responsible to finish the contract and/or for payment of the employer of an amount of up to a maximum of 10% (ten percent) of the contract sum, in the event that the builder does not complete the works
Contract Guarantee means all the guaranties issued by insurance companies whose subject is the insurance of contract and the rights and obligations arising from it.

The amount of any Guarantee shall be deemed to be an amount equal to the stated or determinable amount of the related primary obligation, or portion thereof, in respect of which such Guarantee is made or, if not stated or determinable, the maximum reasonably anticipated liability in respect thereof as determined by the guaranteeing Person in good faith. The term “Guarantee” as a verb has a corresponding meaning.

  • Swap Guarantee If so specified in the Supplement with respect to any Series, the guarantee issued by the Swap Guarantor in favor of the Trust substantially in the form attached as an exhibit to the Swap Agreement.
