Contract Funds definition

Contract Funds means the funds that have been appropriated, designated, encumbered, or otherwise made available for payment by the State under this Contract.
Contract Funds means funds available for payment by the State to Contractor pursuant to this Contract.

More Definitions of Contract Funds

Contract Funds means the funds that have been appropriated, designated, encumbered, or otherwise made available for payment by a Purchasing Entity for Orders placed under this Participating Addendum.
Contract Funds means the maximum amount of funds available for payment by the State to Contractor pursuant to §7.A. of this Contract.
